Cancellation and Refund Policy
Rules for cancelling, refunding, rebooking and no-shows on our 2-night and 3-night thermal escapes.
1. Provider and governing law
drarxelis.com, LLC · 23 Halytska St, Lviv, 79000, Ukraine · EDRPOU 99406642 · contact@drarxelis.com · +380 638 632 1892. We act as tour operator. Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" apply.
2. Cancellation windows
- 72 hours or more before start: full refund of the package price, less non-refundable third-party fees shown before payment.
- 24–72 hours before start: 50% refund.
- Under 24 hours: no refund; one alternative date may be offered at our discretion.
3. Package travel rights
Our escapes are package travel offers under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР "On Tourism". Statutory rights to cancel and be refunded (for example after a significant change of programme, price or accommodation) prevail over the windows above.
4. Changes and refunds
Email contact@drarxelis.com from the booking address, quoting your booking number. One date change is free up to 72 hours before start, subject to availability; any price difference is payable by you. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. No-show and late arrival
Non-arrival, or arrival after the agreed transfer time without notice, is a no-show and is non-refundable. Unused programme elements are not refunded separately.
6. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@drarxelis.com; we reply within 10 business days. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX.
