1. Check official travel advisories
Before booking, review the current travel advisories issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and by the authorities of your country of residence. Advisories, entry rules, curfews and air-raid procedures may change without notice. During your stay, follow the instructions of local authorities.
2. Travel insurance is strongly recommended
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical treatment, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation and loss of belongings. Insurance is not included in the price unless expressly stated in the tour programme, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР «On Tourism».
3. No absolute safety or risk-free claims
We do not claim that any trip, route, accommodation or thermal facility is completely safe or risk-free. Travel, transport, weather conditions and spa procedures carry inherent risks. Please consult a doctor before using thermal facilities and follow the on-site rules.
4. Prices, availability and programme changes
Prices, availability, itinerary, accommodation and thermal facilities are subject to change. Material changes are communicated before payment, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII «On Electronic Commerce» and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX «On Consumer Protection».
5. Advertising claims
Statements on this landing page are accurate and identifiable as advertising. We make no unsubstantiated health or medical claims about spa or wellness services, in line with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР «On Advertising».
