2. Bookings and package travel
Before booking we disclose the tour programme, price, inclusions/exclusions, accommodation, transport, cancellation terms and operator identity. Package offers follow Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism'. Financial protection or insolvency details, where applicable, are shown before payment.
3. Prices, taxes and availability
Prices in UAH unless stated; taxes/fees shown at checkout. drarxelis.com LLC is a single tax payer and does not charge VAT. Availability is confirmed at booking. Itinerary/accommodation descriptions are accurate at publication; minor changes may occur for weather, safety or local conditions.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must give accurate booking details, hold valid documents, follow local law and safety instructions, and arrive on time. Cancellation/refund terms are in your booking confirmation.
5. Complaints and consumer disputes
Send complaints to contact@drarxelis.com or +380 638 632 1892; we aim to reply within 30 days. Consumer disputes follow Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'; you may contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
6. Privacy, cookies and advertising
Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3494-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. Non-essential cookies/tracking require informed consent under Law of Ukraine No. 3494-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' and Law of Ukraine No. 1971-IX 'On Electronic Communications'. Advertising follows Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'; no unsubstantiated health/medical claims are made for spa or wellness services.
7. Language and governing law
Governed by Ukrainian law. The Ukrainian-language version is authoritative; this English version is provided alongside under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII 'On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language'.
